This is free to members but non-members are welcome to use it on a pay as you go basis.

What will you need when you come visit us?

• Comfortable trainers
• A good sports bra
• Tracksuit bottoms (or similar)
• Towel and toiletries (if you plan on using the shower)
• Swimming costume (if you plan to use the sauna)
